Heart from the Soul Seeds Oracle

This sweet card emphasizes the importance of listening to and acting from a place of heart centered inspiration, wisdom, connection, love, kindness & compassion. 

This month, be intentional about living from your heart. Approach each day with authenticity, and emotional openness. Make decisions that reflect your true feelings and values, rather than following expectations and external pressures. When you need to get out of your head, ask yourself: what does my heart want? Is this my heart or my ego? Love or fear? Tune into your heart, your body, your breathing, for the truth in the moment. To get back into your heart space: spend time outside, create something, connect with a loved one or pet, breathe, pull a card or two for clarity, and journal.
