The present moment is the gateway through which all things are created—your thoughts, your actions, your future. It’s not just a fleeting point in time; it’s the only space where life truly unfolds. You can’t create in the past or act in the future—everything happens now.

When you become fully present, you step into your power: the power to choose, to change, to create, and to heal. The more grounded you are in the now, the more clearly you can shape what comes next. But this requires practice, awareness, and conscious choice.

The mind’s default is to wander—to plan, judge, react, or relive. It’s wired for survival, always scanning for threats or rewards. Practicing presence doesn’t mean stopping these thoughts or reactions—it means noticing them without getting carried away.

Presence is a practice—a daily return. Here are some simple ways to reconnect with the moment:

1. Anchor to the Present Moment

Use your senses to ground yourself in what’s real: What do you see? What do you hear? What can you feel, smell, or taste? Let your attention shift from mental noise to direct experience.

2. Label What’s Happening Softly

When you find yourself caught in thought or emotion, gently name it:

  • Thinking

  • Worrying

  • Judging

  • Remembering - This soft acknowledgment creates space between you and the mental activity, helping you observe rather than get swept away.

3. Focus on Your Breath and Body

Take slow, conscious breaths. Feel each inhale and exhale. Notice your body—feet on the ground, hands resting, muscles relaxing. Place your hand over your heart. Breathe. Wiggle your toes. Stretch gently. Notice sensations or subtle releases. These small moments bring you back to yourself.

4. Observe Without Judgment

Let thoughts and emotions pass like clouds in the sky. There’s no need to label them as good or bad—just notice, and return. Presence doesn’t resist experience—it embraces it gently.

5. Practice Self-Kindness

Don’t criticize yourself for drifting. That’s what the mind does. Each time you return is a moment of awareness, a quiet act of strength.

  • Ah, I’m back.

  • This is presence.Every return is a small liberation.

Presence is a kind of portal. When you become deeply present and conscious, your perception begins to shift. You move beyond reactivity and habitual thought patterns into a space where new possibilities can emerge.

In this space:

  • You’re no longer driven by the past or consumed by the future.

  • You respond instead of react.

  • You access insight, creativity, and a deeper connection to life itself.

This “portal” isn’t physical—it’s internal. A shift in awareness. And from that space, your intentions carry more clarity and power. What you create becomes more aligned with who you truly are.

When presence is paired with conscious intention, you step into your creative potential—into a space of healing, transformation, and freedom.

Let presence be your practice, your anchor, and your portal to conscious creation.

May Blessings,

Message for April Reawakening occurs when we shift our perception and realize that much of what we once believed to be truth was an illusion, shaped by limiting thoughts and past conditioning. As we raise our vibration and expand our conciousness through a willingness to explore beyond the surface, we begin to see life and ourselves with a clearer, more expansive lens. This willingness opens the door to deeper understanding and growth, allowing us to align with our higher-self. By staying open to the unknown and embracing the unfolding journey, we will each unlock the infinite potential within, expanding our consciousness and experiencing true liberation.

I pulled the Open card (Soul Seeds Oracle) on Sunday for this week, but it feels like a significant message for the entire month and beyond. It deeply resonates with the Reawaken card and its message for April. I encourage you to weave both cards and their guidance into each day this month.

Be intentional in embracing openness and expanding your perspective. Stay receptive to new possibilities and opportunities, consciously stepping beyond your usual mindset. Trust the path ahead, and with intention, allow your intuition and curiosity to guide you.

Take time to immerse yourself in the healing gifts of nature and reconnect with your creativity. Nature has a special way of inspiring and supporting us, raising our frequency and offering a sanctuary where ideas flow freely. In this space, we awaken to the gifts that bloom both around us and within. Embrace this invitation to nourish your spirit and ignite your creativity—whether through expression, exploration, or simply being.

Spring Blessings,

Allyson

Card for the week  - Value is not inherent in things themselves, it’s something we project onto them. Everything begins as neutral, but we assign meaning and significance based on our experiences, beliefs, and desires. This perspective reminds us that value is subjective, shifting with how we perceive and interact with the world. Whether it’s objects, relationships, or ideas, we have the power to create and redefine value based on what we choose to focus on and invest in emotionally.

Where have you overvalued or undervalued something important to you? Overvaluing can make it seem out of reach, while undervaluing may cause us to overlook its true potential. Recognizing where we place value allows us to find a healthier balance and avoid missing out on opportunities.

Take some time to reflect on what feels out of reach—things you may have placed so much value on that they have seemed unattainable. Consider why you might be undervaluing other aspects of your life, and how this shift in perspective could be influencing what you're experiencing in unexpected ways.

Have a great week!
